Le portate saranno introdotte dalla Signora del Gioco che spiegherà l’origine dei vari piatti e il loro legame con la tradizione delle streghe: erbe aromatiche spezie e ingredienti avevano valori simbolici molto forti e avvalorati da antiche superstizioni legate alla stregoneria. La cena sarà intervallata con momenti rituali molto suggestivi che ci riporteranno a rivivere usanze ormai perdute legate agli ancestrali segreti della sapienza femminile. Il menù rigorosamente storico sará cucinato secondo ricette ritrovate in antichi manoscritti. Il Salone dei Banchetti del castello ospiterà la grande tavolata conviviale che sarà imbandita secondo le usanze medioevali con arredi e stoviglie d’epoca, illuminazione a candele e allestimenti a tema. ????
